IN NEW LIGHT

STEP ONE

With a concrete ceiling and no lighting, Our client installed a perimeter soffit to house their recessed lighting fixtures to complement their beautiful new family room/dining room.

STEP TWO

Motorized drapery tracks and light filtering roller shades were installed behind the soffit to protect from sun rays at peak hours but all retracted at the touch of a button when the sun set, a sight to be seen.
